The Power of THANKS® was created by Bob Sugar, CEO and Brad Stevenson, COO. They were drawn together as business at a time when the country started falling into deeper economic turmoil with a multitude of companies and businesses compromising integrity and ethical values. Bob and Brad are as opposite as day and night in regard to their diversified backgrounds. In spite of that, they have found bipartisanship through their flagship program entitled The Power of THANKS® (THANKS is an acronym for Trustworthiness, Honesty, Amends, Neutrality, Kindness, Surrender, & Gratitude) for personal and professional development.
When Bob and Brad talk about “the committee” (which is the chatter that dwells within each of our brains, incessantly talking about and promoting a state of unhappiness and dissatisfaction), their humorous, insightful, and infectious delivery inspires their audiences to experience a new found way of thinking and acting, offering life changing potential. They adhere to the highest standards of ethical integrity implementing the THANKS® principles into both their business practices and their personal lives.
Bob & Brad are also the Co-Founders of Pathfinders Men’s Organization. They facilitate Men’s Groups and lead Men’s Retreats for those who are challenging the old “rules” of what it is to be a man in our culture. The THANKS® principles are infused into the ideology of the Organization as well as living with integrity and dealing with the day to day challenges of being a man. In addition, they work with men to find enjoyment and meaning in their lives both personally and professionally.
